My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, and the service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. However, I had a really disappointing experience with the cleanliness of the room which took way too long to get sorted out. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but the location and service definitely stood out.
